- Assess and identify the gaps in the existing laboratories, organize the sector’s specialized laboratory and provide services.
- Identifying the gaps of other laboratories, establish the sector’s specialized laboratory and provide testing service that full fill international standards to avoid the cost of foreign currency.
- Identifying skill gaps and provide capacity building and technical assistance to other laboratories in the sector.
- Identifying possible environmental impacts on water bodies through research and investigation and making the information accessible for appropriate body.
- Provide training, consultancy and technical services for the demand and requests in the water sector and related fields.
