- Providing short task-oriented awareness coaching having water department trainings to fill gaps among trainers in technical and vocational education and training institutions in relation to the sector’s professional standards and new technologies.
- Organizing training programs for educational and training institutions that produce required professionals in the field, have a water department, and provide technical and advisory support in adapting new technologies.
- To provide services as a professional competency assessment site for experts in the field and perform other related activities to help achieve the goal.
- Provide consultancy service and technical assistance to technical and vocational education and training centers, as well as micro and small development institutions, by adapting new technologies based on training needs assessments and making them available to the community.
- Work in cooperation with higher institutions, technical and vocational training centers, research centers, micro and small development centers, regional water bureaus, urban water utilities and including other stakeholders dealing with water sector research, technology transfer, human resource development, and laboratory service.
